Rec Baseball
CRC Baseball offers opportunities for all ages and abilities to learn and play baseball!
Our rec teams provide a fun and instructional environment for players to grow in the game and for our volunteer coaches to share their love of baseball. The goal of our program is create a fun, positive program where players can develop their skills as baseball players.
Play begins April 1st and extends through mid-June.

Age Group League Information
Tee Ball
The Cockeysville Clippers Tee Ball program focuses on introducing players to the elements of baseball in a fun, educational way.
Our coaches make practices and games fun while helping players learn the basic rules and techniques they'll need to continue playing.
Players will be provided with a shirt and hat. Cleats and bats are optional but recommended. A glove and water bottle will be required.
The rec council will provide batting helmets and several bats for shared use.
Practice will either be on Monday or Wednesday with a game Saturday morning.
- For players born between Sept. 1, 2017 and Aug. 31, 2020.
- Cost: $120
Coach Pitch
Players work on hitting live pitching from coaches and continue learning the rules and fundamentals of baseball.
Players will be provided with a shirt, pants, socks and a hat. Cleats and bat are optional but recommended. A glove and water bottle will be required.
The rec council will provide batting helmets and several bats for shared use.
Practice will either be on Tuesday or Thursday with a game Saturday morning.
- For players born between Sept. 1, 2016 and Aug. 31, Sept 2017.
- Cost: $120
Rookie League
In this league we gradually transition from coach pitch to kid pitch. By the time your child finishes our Rookie league program, he or she will be fully prepared to confidently play baseball and will enjoy contributing towards their overall teams success.
Players will be provided with a shirt, pants, socks and a hat. Personal Protective Equipment must be worn by any child looking to play catcher. A glove, water bottle and cleats will be required.
The rec council will provide batting helmets and several bats for shared use.
Practice will either be on Tuesday or Thursday with a game Saturday morning.
- For players born between Sept. 1, 2014 and Aug. 31, 2016.
- Cost: $160
Single A League
Competitive baseball for ages 9-10 played against other local rec council teams. These games are umpired and wins and loses count!
Players will be provided with a hat, CRC upgraded shirts, CRC upgraded pants and CRC upgraded socks! Personal Protective Equipment must be worn by any child looking to play catcher. A glove, water bottle and cleats will be required.
The rec council will provide batting helmets and several bats for shared use.
There will be baseball three times a week at this age group (Monday, Wednesday & Saturday). Games will either be on Wednesday evening or Saturday morning with the remaining days allocated for practice.
- For players born between Sept. 1, 2012 and Aug. 31, 2014
- Cost: $170
Double A League
Competitive baseball for ages 11-12 played against other local rec council teams. These games are umpired and wins and loses count!
Players will be provided with a hat, CRC upgraded shirts, CRC upgraded pants and CRC upgraded socks! Personal Protective Equipment must be worn by any child looking to play catcher. A glove, water bottle and cleats will be required.
The rec council will provide batting helmets and several bats for shared use.

The rec council will provide batting helmets and several bats for shared use.

Major League
